Looking for writers to write documents for copyediting portfolio

I am a Copyeditor diversifying my portfolio and am looking for various documents to edit and include in my portfolio to submit for job applications. I am looking for a variety of documents. The first being an article on travel, food, social justice, publishing, writing, or culture. Second, an instructional manual on any non-explicit subject of 2-6 pages in length. Third, a professional blog post on travel, food, social justice, publishing, writing, or culture. Fourth, a newsletter of 1-3 pages in length for any organization or subject. Documents that have or will be published are given priority. Editing or proofreading is not required, in fact it is not preferred.
