Looking for someone to Write a Grant for the FEMA Grant for Fire Departments

I'm in need of a grant writer to write a grant proposal to apply for a grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The purpose of this grant is to help fund equipment acquisition for the local fire department. The budget for this project is $1,000–$5,000.
