Local Main Course Recipes Documentation

I'm looking to document some local main course dishes in a recipe format. The recipes will be primarily text-based but will also include images. The ideal candidate for this project should have:

- Experience in recipe writing
- Skills in food photography or access to a food photographer
- Understanding of local cuisine
- Ability to present recipes in a clear, engaging manner
