K-6 Literacy Standards Alignment Project

I am seeking a literacy educator to help design an individualized, standards-based lesson resource for K-6 students. The project will include:

- Selecting an Oregon state or national literacy standard
- Identifying a literacy resource (books, worksheets, digital tools)
- Providing a rationale for the resource choice
- Explaining how the resource caters to diverse learning needs

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Experience with K-6 literacy education
- Familiarity with Oregon state standards and national literacy standards
- Ability to design inclusive educational resources
- Strong written communication skills
