I’m searching for a good writer there able to tell my story there’s well written there can catches peoples attention.
I need to share my story online and in my community.
For the last two 2,5 years I’m been going though hell. I been applying for large number of properties all over Queenlands. But all was unsuccessful but wasn’t able to find out why. I assumed it was my single income there was to blame.
After almost two years of searching for property daily, writing application, all house inspections, all the worrying and the amount for stress I have fell every single day for not to mention my countless of sleepless nights.
I ended up crumbling, falling apart and ending up being diagnosed with severe PDST.
Life is a living hell, everything is difficult, Concentrating, Pronouncing words, nightmares, sleepless night. Trouble staying asleep, heart hate pounding, Memory issues, extremely mood swings, forgetful, panic attack for not to mention my fear I feel every single time I’m in contact with my real estate agent. It’s extremely hard on my mental state. I wanna escape but I’m traps,
It’s so difficult to explain my story 3000 words. The short story is the agent are holding me back from moving on to new rental property, he claims my dog is aggressive (she is definitely not) I have proof from personal recording from backyard, dog training session to show her behaviour.
Then on top of that I have a long list of issues with the landlord is not fixing issues on the property.
He’s saying what people wanna hear but my big issues stays; Like rats in the walls we can hear all the time (got videos of it)
I have recordings where agent is bullying me under an house inspection.
He’s also claiming I’m never answering my phone calls. But last week I was told of an handyman visiting my property for repairs that the hole reason the handyman are not able to call me was because real state agent haven’t given him the updated phone number.
I have absolutely no idea how to move on, I’m trapped, there’s no alternative no where I can move to. All help organisations are in over the heads. So many people are in need of support and housing.
I have recording of agent bullying me and being rude. I have all emails and sms exchange between us. I have a long list of photos proven all issues he’s haven’t improved as part of his responsibility.
It is fare from acceptable to bully a tenant. A real start agent should not behave in such a awful way.
I think all this is done because I pay 300$ a week and if I move out he will not be able to get same amount in rent when house is in so low condition. That’s why he’s using the dog as the reason because no one can prove him wrong.
