Isolated First Nation becomes a living hell when non indigenous women take control of their finances

I recently left a small isolated First Nation reserve after being hired as an early childhood educator.
What I saw encompasses every form of abuse, all stemming from this nation’s Executive Management Team, made up almost entirely of non-indigenous women, aside from their native rep (an older man with a history of raping young girls in the community).
When I called them out on all the ways the school was operating that was detrimentally damaging the children of the community, I was fired.
The story is long and wild but ultimately I left, bringing an orphaned teen girl from the community with me. We have a disturbing amount of evidence, but I have only attached a letter written by the teen that came with me as a preview.
We are currently in waiting for a human rights tribunal, but really would love to get the word out and believe an investigative reporter would be the best way to do that.
