Investigative Reporter for Police Misconduct

I'm looking for an experienced investigative reporter to dig deep into cases of police misconduct. The core areas of focus for this project are the use of excessive force, corruption, arson by police, and crimes against the community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting interviews with witnesses, victims, and involved parties
- Thoroughly reviewing public records for any relevant data
- Analyzing video footage, police reports, and other documentation
- Uncovering evidence of use of excessive force, corruption, arson, and crimes against the community, crimes againt animals & animal abuse, falsifying police reports, prosecutorial misconduct, judicial misconduct and obstructing justice.

Desired Outcomes:
- Raising awareness within our community.
- Holding accountable those involved in the misconduct.
- Seeking justice and accountability.
-Petition residence within 5 mile radius of incedent. (Location: Modesto, Ca 95351)
-Material evidence that may be broadcasted threw media outlets to put pressure on local government / district attorney to file charges on the one involved.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Strong background in investigative journalism, especially in public corruption, police misconduct, prosecutorial misconduct, judicial misconduct, social injustice.
- Experience with data analysis, public records review, and video footage analysis
- A keen eye for detail and ability to connect dots in complex cases
- A commitment to ethical reporting.
-Connections or Experience in video editing and authentication.
-Ability and outlets that will distribute work product over media, social media.
