International Editorial Development Manager with Knowledge of Redacción en Argentina

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead the expansion of our innovative international editorial project, originally developed as "Redacción" in Argentina, into Italy and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Redacción project and a proven track record in launching editorial initiatives and managing global teams.Responsibilities:
Lead the launch of the editorial project in Italy, ensuring alignment with the principles and vision of Redacción en Argentina.
Build and manage an editorial team that embodies the mission of Redacción, adapting it to the Italian context.
Develop editorial and operational strategies to ensure the project's success and sustainability.
Collaborate with international stakeholders, including those from the original Redacción project, to maintain consistency and uphold core values.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the editorial or media industry, preferably with experience in international projects.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Deep understanding of the Italian media landscape.
Familiarity with the Redacción project in Argentina and its editorial philosophy.
Fluency in Italian and English (Spanish is a plus).
