Internal Training Content

I am looking for a freelancer to create internal training content for both employees and managers. The main focus of the training will be on company policies and procedures.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in developing training content
- Strong understanding of company policies and procedures
- Excellent writing skills to create comprehensive written material

The ideal freelancer will have experience creating engaging and informative written material from various relevant materials for training purposes. They will be able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely effectively. The content should be well-structured and easy to follow. The kit will have the presentation and participants' workbook and should have the trainers' manual too. There needs to be an assessment allowing the participant to go to the next level post successful learning. Most of the content will be in books by various authors, which will be shared. The content must be extracted and customised to our internal needs with new techniques and examples like different tools etc.
