5. All analysed cases included in the study will be cases diagnosed with sleep apnoea.
6. IMPORTANT- sleep apnoea cases (1) obstructive, (2) central and (3) mixed type will be included and subgroup analyses will be performed.
7. IMPORTANT- The patients analysed in the study will be divided into 2 groups as CPAP users and non-CPAP users.
8. IMPORTANT- All patients will have received medical treatment.
9.all studies will be studies conducted between 2020-2025
11. Cases using CPAP will be cases using effective duration and dose, how many hours per day and how long they use it will be specified.
12. The number of scanned studies will be indicated.
13. The reasons for excluding the number of scanned and excluded studies will be written.
14. The number of articles scanned and included in the study, author name, study year, country, and year of publication will be written.
15. Demographic and karesteristic data of the cases, definition of sleep apnoea, CPAP/BPAP use and cardiac complications will be defined.
16. Key words will include cardiac complications CPAP sleep apnoea. Other keywords will be suggested.
17. IMPORTANT- cardiac complications will be based on heart failure, arrhythmia (especially in terms of AF), hypertension, immediate cardiac death, recurrent hospitalisation for heart failure.
18. The newcastle-ottavo scale will be used to determine the quality of each study. Other measures may be suggested.
19. It will be stated that there is no publication bias.
