Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
- Experience in conducting needs assessments and developing training plans
- Familiarity with different training methods and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

The training will be provided to more than 50 employees, so the freelancer should have experience in handling large groups and tailoring training programs to meet diverse needs.
