Hotel/ Bed & Breakfast welcome packet

I’m looking for someone to create a welcome packet. These packets will be placed in each room welcoming our guest, and providing them with local area information, restaurants, food delivery, taxi/ Uber information, things to do, entertainment , along with important details I will list below what is expected to be in the packet. We will provide the main things we want in the packet, other then that you will have to do the research of the area and include your findings. A digital copy of this packet need to be provided so we can make updates and changes as needed.
