Healthcare Service - Business Plan Creation
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a seasoned business plan writer to help prepare an engaging plan intended to secure a bank loan and attract partnerships for my start-up. This is a service-based business under the healthcare industry.
• Ideal Expertise
The freelancer must have proven experience writing business plans, particularly for the healthcare industry. Knowledge regarding trends, regulatory compliances, and best practices in healthcare services will be highly preferable.
• Key Focus
The plan must emphasize our unique selling points and strategies to attract potential partners. The understanding of partnership models and scenarios in healthcare should be reflected in the plan.
Your role would be to lay the groundwork for a detailed and persuasive plan that clearly presents the vision, services, market analysis, marketing strategy, financial plan and partnership strategies. You need to provide accurate data, forecast, and realistic projections to make the plan compelling.
Please include samples of business plans you have written in the past, preferably within the healthcare sector or related industries.
For a start, my requirements are as follows though not necessarily exhaustive and or limited to:
1. Proposal to establish a state-of-the-art healthcare center for seniors and physically challenged.
2. To acquire a sizeable piece of flood-free and landslide-free land for the center to be built upon.
3. Architectural design of the center (just to suggest a few): aesthetic, ergonomic, hazard-free, full automation, adaptability to AI implementation, powered solely by solar panels, etc.
4. To survey all existing healthcare centers around the world to pick and select the best features from them.
5. The business plan should be orientated to obtain a full bank loan as well as for soliciting potential joint venture partners.
6. We are in the process of reviewing and pre-qualifying several other top business plan writers around the world. If your proposal and pricing are acceptable, then a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) needs to be drafted and accepted by all relevant parties before the commencement of preparing this business plan.
7. Bear in mind that we will again review all proposed business plans submitted by pre-qualified business writers and the writer of the successfully chosen business plan will be given a letter of intent to proceed to the next stage of preparation of the business plan in its entirety.
