Grant Writer for Texas Historic Site
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I'm seeking an experienced Grant Writer to help obtain funding for a vital cause - the restoration of a historic site in Texas.
The purpose of this project is to preserve a unique piece of history in danger of deterioration. The most urgent restoration needs lie in the physical structures or buildings along with the landscaping and outdoor features.
Once the funds are raised, we plan to:
- Restore the physical structures and landscaping, and
- Conduct extensive work to elevate this site to its rightful glory.
Ideal qualifications for this project are:
- Proven experience in grant writing, especially in the field of historical preservation or restoration,
- Understanding of the processes involved in the restoration of historical sites,
- Passion about preserving history, and
- Familiarity with Texas' history will be an added bonus.
