Grant Writer Needed for Sober Living Home

I recently established a sober living home and I'm in need of a professional grant writer. The primary goal is to secure both start-up and operational grants from the government and SAMHSA. Key Responsibilities:
Research, identify, and apply for relevant government and SAMHSA grants to fund startup costs and ongoing operational support for the sober living home.
Develop comprehensive grant proposals that align with the funding requirements of both government agencies and SAMHSA.
Write clear, persuasive, and well-structured grant applications for both one-time startup funding and ongoing support to sustain operations.
Track progress of submitted grants and report on their status to the leadership team.
Help develop strategies for long-term sustainability and continued funding for the sober living home.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in grant writing, specifically with government and SAMHSA grants.
Demonstrated success in obtaining startup funding as well as multi-year support for sober living homes or similar social services.
Strong knowledge of SAMHSA funding programs, requirements, and guidelines.
Ability to craft clear, compelling, and well-documented proposals.
Experience with budget development and financial reporting for grant applications.
Exceptional research, writing, and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Experience securing grants in the range of $150,000 or more.
Familiarity with the challenges and needs of sober living homes and recovery services.
A deep understanding of grant processes and compliance with both local and federal requirements.
