Good Quality Article Writers for a Long Term Project
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
If you can write engaging articles that will pull your audience and make them want to read more and can write blog styled articles that can grab the attention, then this might be the job for you. We're looking for article writers for a long term project. You have to take two tests in order to qualify but when you do the job is a long term one.
Compensation:
1. For the initial few days, you will be assigned 5 items daily. Once you have started delivering flawless items and have shown regularity, your daily item count will be increased as per your and company’s convenience.
2. For writing up to 15 items/day, you’ll receive 1 USD per item.
3. For each additional item that has been written on the same day after writing 15 items, you’ll receive 1.25 USD per item.
Deductions:
Note: quality-related deductions won’t be applicable for the first 7 days after joining Klarecon.
1. Each item that’s poorly written will be subject to a 20% deduction. If it is not acceptable even after the fix, it will not be paid for. Only 1 revision will be allowed for an item.
2. If rejected items are not fixed and re-submitted within the given timeframe, an additional 20% deduction will be applicable. Since all of you are in different time zones, you can discuss this with your editors, and whatever both parties agree on will be final.
3. If deadlines are missed by more than 30 minutes, a 20% deduction will apply to the entire batch’s amount.
4. If we’ll need to re-assign tasks when they’re about to pass the deadline, and it happens more than twice, you won’t be assigned new tasks until you can commit to regularity.
5. On days when the no. of writers exceeds that of tasks to be assigned, most consistent writers (assuming they write minimum of 10 items/day) will be given priority over the rest.
