A Good Article writer needed

I need an article writer with On-Page SEO skills. He/She should be able to use the keywords properly in Title, headings and sub headings. I will pay $4 for 1000 Words. The first phase will be of $40 and 10,000 words. Only apply if you are satisfied with the pay and willing to complete 1st, 10,000 words job. New freelancers are also welcome.
