GoFund Me To Raise Money for Attorney

My Dad is being harassed by his brother, his niece and nephew and the oil rights owners of the property him and his brother are trustees over, because they are upset he adopted me and the property inheritance will not all go to his brothers children. His brother has also stolen my dad’s entire inheritance and left him penny less. My Dad had a heart attack and stroke in 2019, my Dad hadn’t adopted me yet and so his brother was next of kin and was going to put him in a state hospital he didn’t recover. In retaliation they have installed 3 locks on the gate that my dad accesses his house, and removed his automatic gate opener that we installed because he is a fall risk. When we took off 2 of the locks ( they saw this with a camera they installed pointing at the gate) they changed the lock combinations, locking my dad into the property. The sheriff department refused to help my dad with getting out of the property because the oil rights owners nephew works at the sheriff’s department. His brother has also changed all the locks on the rest of the gate entrances and not give him the new combinations. His brother has even threatened to “get rid of the problem(me) and doesn’t care if he goes to prison because he’s old.” I want to create a tiktok giving a brief overview of the harassment to ask for help. I have posted the link to the GoFund me on my profile but I need a persuasive description of the issues to post on the GoFund page. We have no money to hire an attorney to combat the retaliation and harassment. We had an attorney that was willing to work pro bono but when they locked my Dad into the property she quit stating the issue had become criminal which wasn’t her expertise and that we needed someone who could dedicate more time to the case then she had. I have attached some of the harassment as well as pictures of the gate my Dad has to go through to get in and out of his property just to give a better picture of the situation
