Get a Wikipedia page

I'm looking for help creating a Wikipedia page about a person. I have some material to start the page, however, it needs to be written from scratch. Editing the page from time to time won't be necessary. I'm looking for someone with experience in the field of Wikipedia projects who can write first class content for the page to make sure it meets all standards. Additionally, if you can provide guidance on best practices and any other tips and suggestions when working on a Wikipedia project, that would be great.
