Fishing Writer - Need someone to rewrite/summarize details about specific fishing locations (lakes)

I'm looking for an ongoing relationship with a writer who can take a fishing article or document and summarize it into a 150-200 summary article. Each article will be 150-200 words, and focused on fishing conditions, tips, details, etc of a specific body of water.

Key Qualifications
- Experienced writer. Can quickly read, interpret and write.
- Attention to detail. Accuracy is extremely important.
