Exposing illegal immigrants and employers who hire them in a small community

Im interested in writing factual events that took place of a company in my town who has stolen my business, ideas, and copycats my business. He poaches my employees who are under a closed work permit. Our government does not have resources that protect employers.
Factual but not slanderous. From the owners point of view.
