Expertise in Wikipedia Posting for Artists

I am looking for a freelancer experienced in creating and posting Wikipedia articles for my father the artist Doug Kemp. Look him up. You will find him,
We have a written the article already, but failed to get it published previously in light of the lack of citation.
This prompted us to write the first of three planned books, the first of which was published a month ago.
All the information needed likely will be available in the document I share.
What we are looking for
1. Knowledge and Experience:
- Solid understanding of Wikipedia guidelines so we can get it over the
- Prior experience writing Wikipedia articles, especially within the arts or painting realm
- Familiarity with artist personalities, biography writing, and ability to research effectively
2. Project Scope:
- The article will be about a (semi) well-known artist who primarily works on Pop Art paintings and limited edition artist prints.
- The freelancer should verify any sourced information to ensure its accuracy and credibility
- The artist would like a link to his online art gallery
3. Affordability
- We have done 90% of the legwork already
Your bid should reflect your ability to meet these requirements. Links to previous work done on Wikipedia would be nice in order to verify your proficiency. Please ensure you explain how long you will need to complete this. Looking forward to your bids.
