Experienced RFP Proposal Writer Needed

We are an established IT company pursuing a new opportunity that requires a formal proposal response to an RFP. The project is for an ultra-luxury resort development across three private islands in the Bahamas. The proposal involves IT infrastructure planning, AV system design, smart building technologies, and perimeter security solutions.
We are looking for an experienced proposal writer who can:
- Read and understand the full RFP (already available)
- Draft the entire response, including:
- Executive summary
- Company background and qualifications
- Technical methodology and scope approach
- AV/IT infrastructure design strategy
- Fee breakdown and deliverables
- Team bios and org chart
- Collaborate with us remotely to gather needed info
- Format the final document professionally and deliver a polished PDF
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience writing RFPs or proposals (preferably for IT, AV, engineering, or architecture)
- Strong writing, editing, and structuring skills
- Familiarity with IT systems such as networks, AV systems, security tech, or smart building infrastructure
- Ability to extract key info through quick meetings or documents
- Ability to meet deadline (final submission due Aug 20, 2025)
Deliverables:
- Full proposal document (editable Word and PDF)
- Optional: visual formatting (light layout/design)
