Excel Contact List Cleanup for Data Import into CRM

I need a detail-oriented freelancer to clean up a large Excel contact list with 5,583 entries.

Scope of Work:
- Remove all duplicates based on name, email, or company
- Verify and remove bad email addresses (test for deliverability/format issues)
- Standardize formatting (capitalize names/titles/companies properly, fix inconsistent spacing or casing)
- Ensure final column structure is as follows:
- Company Name
- Address
- City
- Name
- Title
- Email
- Mobile

Deliverables:
- A fully cleaned Excel sheet that is accurate, deduplicated, and professionally formatted
- A separate tab or file noting entries removed or flagged as invalid (optional but preferred)

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong Excel/data cleanup experience
- Experience with tools to validate/test emails (e.g., NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, etc.)
- Able to turn this around efficiently and accurately
