GUIDELINES FOR SUCCESS
Read widely on the topic, from all types of sources, e.g., textbooks, journals, and electronic sources. Develop a clear argument and ensure that it is written in proper essay structure.
Do NOT use a single example of a change initiative success or failure as the basis of your essay as this will not adequately address the generalised nature of the question
