Essay on why I would be a good manager, why I should get the job in applying for.

I am up for promotion at Comcast and I need to write a five paragraph essay stating why I’d be a good fit for the job. The job title is “lead sales consultant” and the relevant skills that absolutely need to be included are empathy, enthusiasm, positive energy and being able to empower a team to drive sales and positive attitudes. There’s no set criteria but I will submit this along with a resume. My boss just stated it should be about 5 paragraphs. I work for Comcast and they are all about customer service. They always say “the customer is our #1 product.” I will be under an assistant manager and be responsible for a team of about 8.
