Environmental Expert Opinion on Anthrax

I am an attorney in Hawaii seeking an expert microbiologist to write a short report that all forms of Anthrax are harmful not just weaponized anthrax. We have filed for an Injunction to stop the development of a known, documented Anthrax Burial Groung of over 500 cattle who died of anthrax and the developer told the Court only weaponized Amnthrax is harmful.
