1) Please discuss an accomplishment of which you are particularly proud from a work or academic setting. This could be an accomplishment made as an individual contributor or as part of a team. What challenges did you overcome along the way and what did you learn about yourself and the organization from the experience? Be sure to briefly describe the organization, setting, and time frame in which this accomplishment took place.

2) What are your expectations for the Leadership Development Program and what do you wish to achieve by participating? How do you think this program will contribute to your mid- and long-term career goals?
