Emergency medicine simulation research project

I need to have this project written properly,, i need to write a research project about emergency medicine simulation field. Something that help the department i work with (emergency and pediatric emergency medicine department). Or help the emergency residency or pediatric emergency fellowship program.
Other ideas could by to design a simulation center/lab.
Or designing a curriculum program which includes simulation activity in residency/fellowship program.
