Document all Website Features

I need a comprehensive word documents explaining all the features of my two websites in a nice looking, easily understandable, table of contents and like story telling. The primary audience for this document will be our customers.

Please include detailed descriptions of the features on the following sections:
- All the pages in the websites

Two websites:
1) www.dearjob.org (its a job portal)
2) www.go-easy.eraytec.com (HR management tool).

(Sample login credentials will be provided)

Ideal candidates for this job should have experience in technical writing and a good understanding of web design and e-commerce.

Expected Delivery content:
1) One word document for each website (Two word documents for two websites)
2) First page of document shall have title of document
3) Document shall include table of contents (Index) on 2nd page
4) From page 3, introduction of website and explanation of features.
5) Each word documents shall have application screenshots and explanation of the feature.
6) Total pages for each document shall not be less than 30 pages.
7) Deliver both documents in 10 days.
