Discord server due diligence, best practices and hand-holding via video calls with the team

We're a reputable NFT Project with about 6k users in our current discord. We want to prepare for more incoming users in the future.
Thus, we need as a first step:
1)
i) setting up Dyno on Discord, so it works for us
ii) Guiding 2-3 people in a zoom or Google meet (or else) call through it and answer potentially deep follow-up questions
iii) being available afterward for questions/ checking in on a chat basis for 7-14 days
iv) writing custom documentation about Dyno, so we can give it to new people joining our project and they would become Dyno/ Discord natives in no time with us
2) best bot setup overall for us - are we missing any? Which ones can go?
3) Overall best practices running Discord: we've got about 6,000 members and feel comfortable), but need to prepare for a lot more members to join and want to become "battle proven".
Time is of the essence! We need to have at least Dyno up and running today 8:00 pm CET, so any time in the afternoon that would work for you?
We will pay a bonus if it's fast and we're satisfied.
Also looking for a long-term relationship if possible.
