Digital Education - Chapter Book

I am currently in my way to write a chapter about "Digital Education". The chapter is going to be in my next book and it's approximately 20 pages (not including references). I am looking for a native and professional english writer who has experience in education sector and is able to write the followings:

- Digital education for the 21st Century (it contains subtopics: digital teachers, digital students, digital curriculum, digital classroom, digital mindset, and so on)

- Types of digital education: methods and techniques
- Roles of students, teachers, administrators in digital education
- Quality of digital education
- Digital education and teaching mathematics (You may add another subtopic that is focused on math education)
- Pros and cons of digital education
- Conclusion
