Develop invoices for my work

I'm in need of a freelancer to create an automated system for generating invoices for my work. The invoices will need to be sendable via email, and I have an existing invoice template that should be used. No customization for individual invoices is necessary. The freelancer I partner with will be responsible for crafting the system for invoice generation.
