Customer Support Representative for a SaaS company

We provide an advanced B2B data and email research tool that allows B2B marketers and sales people outreach their customers and collect relevant business information.

We are looking for a customer support representative to assist our users and customers in using our tools, help users convert into customers, develop a quality knowledge base and create educational content about our service.

Responsibilities:

* Handle daily support inquiries from Zendesk
* Perform live product demonstrations for potential customers
* Develop a written knowledge base about frequent support cases
* Create educational video content about the usage of our tool (No video editing skills required)
* Report support activity and performance

Qualifications:

* Good understanding of how CRMs and customer support tools work (Example: Zendesk)
* Fluent English writing and speaking skills
* Content writing skills
* Previous experience as a customer support representative or similar CS role
* Previous experience working for a SaaS/Software company
* A minimum of 2 years of working experience
