I want to take our customer support to the next level by launching a concise, value-packed email newsletter. The newsletter will serve as an ongoing touchpoint that answers common questions, guides customers toward self-service resources, and delivers timely promotional offers that reward their loyalty.

Key deliverables:
• A three-month editorial calendar that maps topics, send dates, and clear calls-to-action tied to support goals
• Two responsive HTML templates ready for Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar ESPs, tested across Gmail, Outlook, and Apple Mail
• Copy for the first three sends (≈250–300 words each) blending helpful tips with promotional offers, written in an approachable, customer-centric voice
• A mini style guide outlining tone, formatting, and UTM tracking standards so my in-house team can keep everything consistent

Acceptance criteria:
• Templates pass major spam filters and render correctly on desktop and mobile
• Links carry UTM parameters for engagement tracking
• Copy is grammatically polished and aligns with the style guide
