Hello,
I am a widow of a Vietnam Combat Veteran. I cared for him from 2009 - 2016 moved us from Arizona to California for the best long term care facility he died August 15, 2018. I received no compensation during that time because he served in Vietnam! On the day of his death I lost 100% of my income! I lost my rental and was forced to move in with my youngest son. I am now receiving DIC and SSDI. I have served my country honorably caring for a disabled veteran, with vascular dementia, frontal lobe atrophy, tangles of Alzheimer’s and severe PTSD. I did this alone, well my health suffered and I wouldn’t change a thing because he deserved the best care I could possibly give. There’s so much more to my story.
What I need is funds for dental care. I have infection’s that are causing health problems and I’m constantly having to be put on a round of antibiotics to try and keep the infections under control.
My son and his wife have experienced infertility and their medical costs have been very expensive. I don’t want to put this on there plate as well.
I feel so uncomfortable asking for help from strangers. I have no idea how to set up a crowdfunding campaign. I wish dental care was treated as a part of medical care. My problems are caused by my medication.;
I need 55,000 to completely restore my teeth and rebuild my confidence to begin a new life.
That is what my late husband wanted for me.
Can you help me? Please I am in pain every day.
