Creative Writer (Italian Speaking)

We are a fully remote creative writing studio which provides text based entertainment to customers. Our platform is designed to ensure that every customer always has someone to talk to. We are looking for a creative and communicative individual to join our team as a member of Team A. As a member of Team A, you will be responsible for crafting initial messages to engage with customers on our platform. This means you won't ever see what the customers reply. All messages will need to be written in Italian, as the target customers will be Italians.

- Use a specialized platform to write and plan messages

Requirements:

- Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken

- Strong communication skills and ability to write engaging messages

- Attention to detail and ability to tailor messages to specific details

- Ability to work independently and follow a set schedule

- Experience with customer service or a similar field is a plus
