Create and summarize updated medical content for web app

We are building a webapp that contains an updated medical library. This will include all kinds so medical topics divided by specialty and we need a team of physicians to summarize key points for each one. If you know AMBOSS, then it's a platform just like that but for another region.

I would like to know how much would you charge per topic and how long can it take to complete each one.
