Create a sales proposition for hiring companies

My goal is to supply a modified resume or other sales document to companies hiring for positions my company can replace. I'm looking for someone that can help put this together.

If you do well with technical sales writing, this could become a monthly or bi-weekly blog article contract.

Please provide any recommendations and experience with trying this method of new customer on-boarding.
