Create Write and post SEO rich Articles and Blogs

Looking for content / article / blog superstar preferably with understanding of Critical Asset infrastructure management to create, write, run by me for approval and post on Linkin, our website blog, facebook and instagram.
This may grow into writing proposed scripts / talking points for a podcast on Asset Infrastructure Management also but not immediately.
Hoping for one article a week, but at least one post per day on each platform - can be the same content on each platform.
