Copywriter/Content Creator to write employability resources

I am looking for a Writer/Copywriter who is willing to go the extra mile to write the manual for a series of self-help ebooks and audible books. The theme will be on Administrative Law and Procedure relating to issues and topics of housing, employment, healthcare, court administration, insurance claims, child protection and privacy, correctional facilities, education, and any form of service or benefit.
Each topic should first begin with the assessment of the organization that is the cause of the adverse action, its complaint handling, and the effectiveness of its grievance procedure and management operations.
The manuscript should be completed as a self-help solution that will include complaint templates for each issue or topic added to it.
The attached documents are references and various stages of the administrative procedures so that the series will transfer from one stage to the next until a remedy is found.
I am also looking to have the materials uploaded to podcasts, social media, and other platforms to help, and support those who are needing solutions in today's events.
