Content writer, content ideas, topic & keyword research

I need help with content writing on my blog. Also need help with content ideas, topic & keyword research.
It's a web design & development agency. Already have good domain ranking (21), backlinks (62), and all that good stuff. I just don't have blog posts (currently 1 post) that cause low traffics. So I'm planning to start blogging on a regular basis. And that's why I need your help.
I'm not an SEO person. So I want a/few reliable content writers who have extensive knowledge in SEO. The main purpose of the articles is to generate & driving more traffics to my website.
I have not researched keywords and topics. So you have to do it as well. But I can answer any of your questions.
While I say- 'Reliable', it means unique content, no copy-paste, and trustworthiness.
