Open Positions:
-Social Media Manager (Hiring 3 open positions)
-Content Writer (10 open positions)
-Editorial Managers (2 open positions)
-Blog assistant (1 open position)
-Individual artists and creators who want to sell their products (unlimited open positions)
Job descriptions:
Social Media Managers: Creating social media platforms and raising awareness about the blog. 5 posts a month (loose number), making sure to work with the editorial managers before posting. You will also focus on marketing and building relationships with leads.
Content Writers: Only one article a month required, more is welcome. Topics available to write about include: book reviews, mental health, self-help, and current world issues (including the issues of unequal rights and Earth's health).
Editorial Managers: You can be both a content writer and an editorial manager but you cannot edit your own content. Your job is to be a second view on content and look for flaws.
Blog Assistant: Assisting any of the jobs above in their work.
Individual Creators: Have to have an already established idea or product with a full proof creation system and the ability to manage your own selling through the blog. The blog would just be a way to showcase your creations.
Qualifications:
-Enrolled in high school or graduated with a GED or Diploma.
-A passion for writing and a willingness to work without being paid.
-A desire to have a job in writing but are unable to be hired because of little professional writing experience.
-Knowledge of writing for a blog is preferred but not required, training will be provided.
-Access to a laptop or computer.
All positions besides creators are unpaid (until the blog begins to create revenue).
This is less of job and more of a club for writers, this is an opportunity to create something that could possibly succeed and reach others in meaningful ways.

I am a full-time employee at an office, but I yearn to create create create. I'm currently an intern for a blog, but I've been working on starting my own. I've decided to take the leap of faith and reach out to other young aspiring writers who want to prove themselves.
