Content Writer with Real Estate Experience needed

Content writer needed for research and ebook creation for several different topics in real estate. The ebooks will essentially be "how to" guides which will then be used to create online courses.
BIG BONUS if the writer has experience in the real estate industry as that is what we will be researching and writing about (currently or previously working with a real estate agent).
Assistant will be asked to research broad topics without much guidance (example below).
QUESTION: What do I need to do to run a sucessful geographic farm as a real estate agent? Provide a general outline of all the steps necessary (remember, this ebook will be used as the backbone to a course to teach people how to run a geo farm).
The quality of your outline will determine your suitability relative to others for the job.
Real Estate and Educational course creation experience is a plus.
