Content Writer for Weekly Blog & Article Posts
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
We are looking for a content writer to work with us to create regular fresh and engaging content for our website. This would include writing blog posts, articles, product feature pages and other similar content.
a. Some longer form articles (1,200 - 1,500 words)
b. Some shorter form articles
c. Listicles
d. Infographics if we can (with supporting content written around the infographic)
e. Occasional long form articles (5,000 words)
Our products focus on helping older people and those with medical conditions stay living safely and independently. The content writer needs to be experienced in writing medical type content, with the ability to talk about medical conditions, symptoms, treatments and related topics in a way that is engaging and understandable for the average reader.
This will be a regular role. We aim to post approximately 8 new posts/content pieces per month, occasionally up to 10/12 per month depending on the business needs at the time.
Content needs to be written for the reader first, but experience with writing SEO friendly content is a must. A full content strategy will be provided, giving you a long list of topics to work through as the weeks progress.
The role is for a native English speaker based in the UK only. Experience with writing similar content is essential.
