Content Writer Needed on a monthly basis

My name is Chantelle and I run an online photography and graphic design based marketplace and looking for a content writer to help me on a regular basis. I get super busy super quickly, so I am looking for 1-2 people who can help free up some of my time.
I would require a vast range of write-ups to start with some legal ie. privacy policies, terms and conditions, seller agreements, etc and some more light-hearted and fun - how to use my graphic design resources for your projects. ie. What is a digital scrapbook and how to use it.
The blog posts, don't have to be very long, 300 to 500 words and I will supply all the images for it.
The legal documents are very advanced "legal terms and conditions" some are really short, and some much longer. I have already done all the legal research for these, and have everything ready. It's a matter of going through all the information and compiling everything into one single write up for me covering all the terms of it.
In addition to the above, I also need some other kinds of writing. Ie. Monthly newsletter writing, website writing, etc on an adhock basis.
The ideal writer I am looking for is someone that has experience in either of the following (When applying please state which type of writing you can help me with)
1. Legal writer
2. Photographer writer
3. Graphic designer who can write
4. Fluent in english
5. Have experiece with SEO writing
