Content Writer - Long Term and On-Demand

I am looking for a skilled and experienced content writer to join my team on a long-term and on-demand basis.
What I'm looking for?
I write long-form content like courses and books on the following topics:
- job searching
- finding your purpose
- career design
- switching into different careers like Product Management
- interview prep
- productivity
- Balance and burn-out
I would like to have someone to turn this long-form content into shorter, more engaging pieces of content! And to rewrite some of my articles to be redistributed in different ways and on different platforms.

The Ideal Candidate:
1. Can take long-form courses, content and documents and create summaries
2. Can repost the content I create to Medium, Substack, or website blog by rewriting it slightly
3. Can use a repository of personal stories that I write and add them to different writing pieces
4. Can turn long-form content into YouTube video scripts with engaging hooks and endings, emails and newsletters, Instagram Carousel posts, Twitter posts, and LinkedIn posts
Skills:
1. Keyword research
2. SEO and wiring for SEO
3. Turning long-form content into emails, newsletters, summarized eBooks, YouTube video scripts, and carousel posts on social media
4. Turn research from my virtual assistant into engaging content
5. Writing for the target audience. Understanding of the person we are writing for.

Training & Support:
- I will provide a wonderful content course for you to watch free of charge if you work with me. I will also provide a personal branding course as well, and anything else you need to uplevel.
- You will have access to a virtual assistant to do research tasks for you.
- I will provide you with my ideal customer and user to write for

The main topics and themes that I want to be covered include education, careers, purpose, and job searching. The content should be informative, and engaging, and provide valuable insights to the readers.
Delivery Frequency:
I need new content to be delivered on demand, depending on what we agree in the project. The writer should be able to meet deadlines and consistently deliver high-quality content within the given timeframe.
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to create well-researched and original content
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and the ability to optimize content for search engines
- Knowledge of the target audience and the ability to tailor content to their needs and preferences
- Familiarity with the topics and themes mentioned above, with the ability to conduct thorough research and provide accurate information
