Content Reviewer

Our Training team is looking for highly motivated and talented candidates to participate in auditing/reviewing training outputs related to content writing. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical & communication skills, attention to details, and a commitment to excellence. In addition, the candidate must be proficient in written and verbal English with strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.

Key responsibilities include:
o Review content training output / blogs / listicles / emails
o Thoroughly check content with quality and accuracy.
o Analyze data and evaluate trends/ patterns.
o Recommend generic pattern to be translated into rules.
o Preparing & Maintaining Training documents, SOPs & any other documents.
o Preparing weekly process reports & sending out to the concerned people.
o Monitoring workflow and re-assignment in the team, daily stand-ups, updates and escalations.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
o Graduate degree in any discipline
o 1 plus years’ experience with Content Review processes required
o Flexible to work rotational week offs
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
o Confident in using online systems like gsheets, Wordpress, etc

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Past experience with responsibilities around driving training and mentoring would be an added advantage.
