Content Operations Specialist (AI + Automation + Video)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for a Content Operations Specialist to help us scale our content machine.
You will be responsible for turning transcripts, ideas, and videos into a full content ecosystem across Blog, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram.

Responsibilities
Transform transcripts into SEO-optimized blog posts (WordPress via n8n automation).
Run articles through AI Detectors and rewrite when needed to ensure “human-like” text.
Manage Google Sheet tracker (links, AI scores, performance).
Create long-form videos with HeyGen (script provided via GPT/Claude).
Cut long videos into shorts/reels (30–60 sec) with hooks, captions, CTAs.
Distribute content across YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok.
Check for cultural/linguistic accuracy (e.g., time formats, idioms, Italian vs. English tone).
Requirements
Experience with content repurposing (blog ↔ video ↔ social media).
Comfortable using AI tools (GPT/Claude, HeyGen, AI detectors).
Basic SEO knowledge (meta title, meta description, keyword placement).
Strong organizational skills (Google Sheets, task tracking).
Attention to detail: ability to fix cultural/linguistic mistakes.
Video editing skills (cutting clips, adding captions).
Nice to Have
Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
Familiarity with LinkedIn content formats and engagement tactics.
Ability to improve processes and suggest optimizations.
