Website Updates: Update copy, images, and pages in our CMS; light HTML/CSS a plus.
Sales Enablement: Tidy and version slides, insert charts, ensure brand consistency, and maintain a small asset library.
General Marketing Ops: UTM tagging, simple GA4 checks, file hygiene/naming, and quick ad-hoc tasks as needed.
MUST:
Experience working with B2B SaaS or tech marketing with shipped examples of datasheets, decks, and blog posts.
Strong eye for layout/typography; fluent with PowerPoint/Google Slides and Canva.
Solid writing fundamentals (clarity, structure, scannability) and ability to translate technical notes into customer-friendly copy.
Social basics (LinkedIn/X), light analytics reporting, and comfort working in a CMS (WordPress/Webflow or similar).
Organized, responsive, and deadline-reliable; willing to do varied tasks (including website updates).
Time overlap: 2–3 hours/day with Pacific Time (US)
NICE-TO-HAVE:
HubSpot/Marketo or simple marketing automation workflows.
Light HTML/CSS, basic video trimming, simple charts/diagrams, SEO on-page basics
MONTH 1 GOALS
